Key Alliance offers solutions for a wide range of non-core goods and services. Our core services are shown in the categories area.

Key Alliance selects the category supply base through the following options:-

 
     
 

1. Key Alliance arranged contracts

Key Alliance have a portfolio of existing contracts with suppliers which are ready for Members to take advantage of instantly. These are constantly being updated and renegotiated.

2. Workgroups / Workshops:

 

 
  Categories are assessed through joint Key Alliance / Member workshops or meetings. Steering team(s) led by Key Alliance work an agreed procurement process to deliver appropriate solution(s) for the Members.

We recognise the importance of involvement of our Members in the procurement process.

We have the skills and experience to tackle most business needs within Key Alliance and the Membership. Our strength as an organisation is being able to deliver solutions through our networking and experience.

During the last 4-5 months we have been working with several new and existing Suppliers to widen and strengthen the available contracts Key Alliance have on offer to Members.

 
 


3. Member Recommendations

Key Alliance prides itself on its ability to work with its Members. For this reason if a Member feels they have an existing non-core contract that currently isn't covered by Key Alliance and, they feel the "Group" could benefit from it especially with the added volume Key Alliance could bring to that contract. In this case Key Alliance will be happy to work on that contract to see if there is any win for the Members.
